Set up in 1958, Chengdu PUTIAN Telecommunications Cable Co., Ltd. is a stock co***ny listed in the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong limited in Oct., 1994, which was overall reorganized from Chengdu Cable Plant of the Posts and Telecommunications Ministry of China (”°Chengdu POTEVIO Cable”± for the H share name and ”°1202”± for the share code). The controlling shareholder is China POTEVIO Co***ny Limited. The co***ny is a large-scaled enterprise of the state with total asset value up to RMB 1200 million. The co***ny has made great contributions to the development of Chinese Telecommunications with its distinguished achievements over years, which is recognized by the leaders of the State and CCP. The state leaders Jiang Zemin, Li Peng, Zhu Rongji, Hu Jintao etc. inspected the co***ny successively and show loving for its growth.
